Tuition and Fee Waivers
As of Fall 2007, full-time Graduate School tuition and fees per semester were $2,522 for in-state residents and $10,712 for out-of-state residents. Tuition is waived for students who are on assistantship for at least .33 time, but they continue to pay student
fees of approximately $588 per semester. Student fees include the matriculation fee and activity, athletic, health, student facilities, technology and transportation fees. Thus, for in-state residents, the approximate total value of a .40 time assistantship for a master’s student is $24,041/year and for a doctoral student $25,379/year. For out-of-state residents, the approximate total value of a .40 time assistantship for a master’s student is $46,422/year and for adoctoral student $47,760/year.
