in Forestry and Natural Resources

Welcome to the Daniel B. Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources. The Warnell graduate program offers three degrees, Ph.D., M.S., and MFR (Master of Forest Resources). The Forestry and Natural Resources Graduate Degree Programs encompass eight major programs — Environmental Systems, Fisheries and Aquaculture, Forest Biology, Forest Business, Forest Management, Natural Resources Recreation and Tourism, Spatial Information Technology, and Wildlife Ecology and Management, within which are more than 31 fields of study. The Warnell faculty consists of 50-plus men and women who play active rolls in academics, industry, and public service, and whose scientific and technical knowledge has lead to significant achievements in regional, national, and international research. As of Fall 2007, the Warnell Graduate Program boasts 163 students from 19 countries, and within the U.S. from 33 states and the District of Columbia.
